Is the 2021-22 winter going to be worse than ever?

One never really knows what weather the winter season will bring, but some outlets are already predicting that this winter will be especially harsh. The Farmers' Almanac calls for a cold and snowy winter with below-normal temperatures covering much of the Great Lakes, the Northern and Central Plains and the Rockies.

In the Northeast where we're located, they're calling for a blizzard in the second week of February, dumping 1-2 feet of snow across the Middle Atlantic states. An even more powerful snow event could come later in March, dumping icy precipitation late in the season.

But what if nothing happens? Predictions aside, not being able to look into a crystal ball to see what's coming can make a property manager cringe when working up this season's snow removal budget. Talk to us about pricing models that help to protect you against a lighter-than-average winter.
